Producer
As an Event Producer, my goal is to turn ordinary events into extraordinary experiences.
During pre-production, I work closely with Event Planners to understand their vision and specific requirements, collaborating extensively to help bring their concepts to life on-site. I also manage all aspects of Production logistics, detailed Budget planning and tracking, and comprehensive Creative development leading up to the event, ensuring every element aligns with the client’s goals and expectations.
On-site, I lead the Production Team in delivering a successful program, overseeing all technical aspects, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication channels to ensure smooth execution of all planned elements while being prepared to handle any unexpected challenges that arise.
Post-event, I reconcile budgets and analyze all financial aspects of the production, take part in thorough debriefs with both the internal team and clients to evaluate performance, and develop detailed reports to target future improvements and implement lessons learned for subsequent events.
